With the use of e-learning, connection and interaction with students inside and outside of class becomes easier. There are different kinds of learning management system such as Google Classroom and Schoology, which allow teachers to manage the class in a systematic way in lessons. As my school has just started implementing e-learning, the use of learning management system is still a long way to go. However, as I said previously, I have created an English learninig blog for P4 students. This is a good start to develop connection with students outside of class. And what is encouraging is that some students do go to the blog, especially for dictation revision. I will definitely keep updating the blog and hope it can help students with their learning outside school.
To enhance interaction and invite immediate feedback from students, Google form is a common tool used in classroom. Students simply answer the questions and the teacher can get the results immediately. This lets the teacher know how students think of a topic. It can also be used as a tool for interaction among students, e.g. doing peer review on writing.

We also learned how to use Go Formative to make an interactive reading exercise. The most fantastic thing is that we can just upload the reading comprehension exercise in DOC or PDF. Then we simply insert questions in the text.
